Shipping policy

Please note, that usually, order fulfillment time takes 1-5 business days before shipping. Orders that contain more than 200 items might take 5-10 business days to fulfill.

You can make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order. However, as soon as the order is "Accepted", it is sent to our Fulfillment Team for preparation. It is not possible to edit/cancel the orders at this point.

All products are shipped from the US fulfillment center; therefore, customers from other countries will have to pay customs and import fees.

*Please be aware that there may be delays in the delivery due to customs-clearing processes.
